Why do so many of my transactions not have a footprint / are categorised as “other” on my account? How long will it take for my transactions to show up when I sign up? Do I have to link my bank accounts in order to use Tweak? My transaction has not been categorised correctly, how can I re-categorise it? When / why should I re-categorise a transaction?

When/how do my transactions get updated on Tweak?

If you logged in to Tweak via your 22Seven account, then we will update your transactions based on your agreement with 22Seven.


If you logged in to your bank accounts directly, then we will update your transactions either daily between 3am and 4am (if you selected that option when you connected your bank account) or when you press the refresh button above your transactions.
